On-line Membership Form

    You can submit your membership application online by filling out the following information.  You have a choice of paying your dues by mail, paying at at LDGA league night or paying online by requesting an invoice be sent to you via e-mail.  Memberships run from January 1 thru December 31.  Junior memberships (age 16 and under) are now available for $10.  Memberships taken on or after October 1 will be good for the remainder of that year as well as the following calendar year.
